Do you test on animals?
WithArielle Beauty is and will remain a cruelty free company. We do not test our products on animals and only cooperate with those that hold true to this principle.
 
Do you sell hair? 
Hair (bundles, wigs, lace)  will only be listed at time of availability and not exclusively. 
 
When will my order ship? 
Orders ship within 3-5 business days.
 
Can I cancel my order? 
Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
 
Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries.
 
I entered the wrong shipping info, what do I do? 
Billing and shipping addresses must match. Once you receive your shipping confirmation and/or tracking your order can not be canceled, there is nothing we can do about changing your address. WithArielle will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.  Immediately contact us or mail us help@witharielle.com with your order number and the subject "Address Incorrect".
 
Can I update my order?
Once you receive shipping confirmation and/or tracking your order can not be updated.  Immediately contact us or mail us help@witharielle.com with your order number and the subject "Update Order".
 
How do I track my order?
All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service and can be tracked on their website with the tracking number you receive via the email address associated with the PayPal account you used to checkout. 
 
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. 
 
My package is lost or stolen, what do I do?
We are not responsible for any lost items or stolen packages stating "Delivered" that have not been received by you the customer. Any issues that occur after the package is shipped are out of our control, you must contact the United States Postal Service (800) 275-8777
 
My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the order, at help@witharielle.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product/s.
 
I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?
Please contact help@witharielle.com  within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
 
How often do you restock?
Restock dates depend on product availability. However restock dates will always be on our home page.  Please sign up for our emails or SMS text if you would like to be notified directly.
